Unbelievable trouble with car bought here such as never met before. Battery, tires , computer. If you want to be stranded and off the road, this is the place. A good location for getting relieved of your cash. Not a standard Volvo agent after our 30 years Volvo driving. Think unreliability back in the 70s.

Made an appointment with John Clark Volvo Edinburgh to test drive a car. Was told over the phone that there was no issue when asked what model /engine type I wanted to try. Turned up two days later after going quite a way out of my way to get there. Then told they didn’t have the model with the engine I wanted to try, that all of the stock was in Dundee! Thank you, Volvo Edinburgh, for wasting my time and money. I thought I’d return the favour by giving you one star for your utter incompetence. You’ve also lost a potential sale and Volvo probably have as well as I’ll likely go for another brand now. Other customers deserve to know what kind of shower they’ll have to deal with if they come to you.

Very worst customer experience with the SERVICE department. It seems they have never had training on customer relationship management. VOLVO should definitely consider introducing this dealership (service) employees to words like POLITENESS, KINDNESS, COURTSEY. They don't even welcome the customers and offer them a seat. My kind advise .....Please enroll these guys for a training programme on basic customer service.
